FHE Lessons

We strive to provide engaging family home evening lessons to strengthen your faith. Our FHE lessons cover a wide variety of topics, including faith, baptism, general conference, and more. In most of our FHE lessons, you’ll find three different lessons plans: one for children, one for teens and adults, and one for single study.

Fasting

Proper and consistent fasting can help us overcome sins, bad habits, and addictions. Is there any of us who would not want to be freed from the personal burdens we carry?
