According to a letter given to LDS Living, the Young Women and Young Men General Presidencies have announced the new 2016 mutual theme.
The theme is “Press forward with a steadfastness in Christ”, which comes from 2 Nephi 31:20:
Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life.
No changes have been made to the official youth portion of LDS.org at this time, and new resources are not expected until the start of the new year. Last year, the new themes and resources were released on January 2. Keep watching out for any updates on this story.
