39 Temples to Open for Proxy Baptisms in April 2021

In April, 39 temples—including 14 in Utah—will begin Phase 2-B of reopening and seven temples will move to Phase 3. Phase 2-B allows for a temple baptistry to open for small groups—particularly for members with a limited-use temple recommend.

The following 17 temples will begin Phase 2-B on April 12, 2021. Note: The online scheduling system for each temple will be activated on the Monday afternoon (mountain standard time) one week prior to the scheduled starting date.

  • Jordan River Utah Temple
  • Logan Utah Temple
  • London England Temple
  • Meridian Idaho Temple
  • Monticello Utah Temple
  • Ogden Utah Temple
  • Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple
  • Preston England Temple
  • Reno Nevada Temple
  • Snowflake Arizona Temple
  • Star Valley Wyoming Temple
  • The Gila Valley Arizona Temple
  • Tucson Arizona Temple
