Elder Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelves Apostles recently visited Edinburgh, Scotland to visit with members and local leaders in celebration of the 175th Anniversary of the Church’s first baptisms in Scotland. According to Mormon Newsroom, “Elder Holland paid tribute to the Christian faith of thousands of early pioneers who joined the Church in Scotland and their legacy to the Church’s modern-day Scottish membership.”

As part of the commemoration, this new video was released and created, detailing some of the lives of early Scottish members. It pays tribute to the first missionaries who sacrificed much to establish the Church in Scotland. Elder Holland is featured in the video. To learn more, visit Mormon Newsroom.
