Church Shares “Be One” Video Centered on Loving One Another

Early this morning, the Church shared a video on their Instagram page advocating for members of the Church, as well as the world as a whole, to strive to be more loving and unified. The beautifully made video highlights that emotions such as anger, competitiveness, and other such emotions are important and valid. But with these emotions, we should remember the importance of cultivating feelings of kindness, empathy, understanding, and unity. With the recent events that have taken place throughout the globe, giving space to our fellow brothers and sisters to voice their anger and frustration is important and should be responded to with love and empathy. As disciples of Christ, we have been called to love one another as the Savior loves us, and to fill the world with the love that He gives. Be sure to watch the video below and record thoughts and impressions you may have had while watching. Reach out to members of your community to find ways to help during these difficult times, and follow the example of Christ in being loving, kind, and empathetic.

We can be more kind. We can be more loving. We can feel more whole as we see each other as God sees us.
