According to LDS Media Talk, the new online tithing and donations system, which has been rolled out through Utah since April, is now available to all areas in the United States.
“Using your LDS Account username and password, log in to the Online Donations web page at lds.org/donations. A link to this page can be found on LDS.org under the “My Account and Ward” drop-down menu,” says Larry Richman, founder of LDS Media Talk.
Not only does the system allow you to pay your tithing and fast offerings, but has special features when it comes to other donations. For example, if you would like to donate money to a specific missionary in your ward, there is a drop-down menu that allows you to pick the missionary.
Unit leaders should be notified when the system becomes available in their ward. Ward clerks have more information, as well as access to training videos and support help. An introductory video to the new process can be viewed at LDS Media Talk.
