Church spokesperson Eric Hawkins announced Thursday morning that President Thomas S. Monson, 16th President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was doing well after a short stay in the hospital and was released Wednesday night. Hawkins said:
“President Monson was released from the hospital last evening, and plans to resume his normal schedule and duties today.”
On Tuesday, it was announced President Monson had not been feeling well and was hospitalized, where he received fluids and care. You can read more about his hospitalization here.
