1915 Marvin J. Ashton, later a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, is born in Salt Lake City, Utah.
1922 President Heber J. Grant dedicates KZN (later known as KSL) the Deseret News radio station, and speaks on the station’s first broadcast.
