Here’s your daily dose of what matters most!

We may see the opposition we face more clearly than the help God sends, including His angels. As we pray for His protection and strength, we can take the next right step with faith that His help reaches beyond what we can see.

Scripture

“And we ask thee, Holy Father, that thy servants may go forth from this house armed with thy power, and that thy name may be upon them, and thy glory be round about them, and thine angels have charge over them.”—Doctrine & Covenants 109:22

Quote

“I believe we need to speak of and believe in and bear testimony to the ministry of angels more than we sometimes do. They constitute one of God’s great methods of witnessing through the veil.”—Jeffrey R. Holland, “For a Wise Purpose”

Living the Principle: Angels Have Charge Over Us

  • Name a specific challenge in your prayers today. Ask Heavenly Father for strength and protection as you face it.
  • Read a scripture account of angels helping someone. Consider what it teaches you about God’s awareness of your needs.
  • Share an experience when you felt God’s help. You can testify of His care even without knowing exactly how that help came.
