Here’s your daily dose of what matters most!

Be still and let your heart find comfort in the truth that nothing is beyond God’s reach. His power steadies us, and His promises for Zion remain sure.

Scripture

“Therefore, let your hearts be comforted concerning Zion; for all flesh is in mine hands; be still and know that I am God.”Doctrine & Covenants 101:16

Quote

“No matter how difficult the trail…we can take comfort in knowing that others before us have borne life’s most grievous trials and tragedies by looking to heaven.”—M. Russell Ballard, “You Have Nothing to Fear from the Journey”

Living the Principle: “Be Still and Know That I Am God”

  • Set aside five minutes each day to sit in quiet prayer or meditation, deliberately calming your mind and focusing on God’s presence.
  • When worries surface, write them in a journal and then offer them to the Lord in prayer, consciously releasing control.
  • Choose one scripture about peace or trust to memorize this week, and repeat it to yourself whenever anxiety starts to rise.
