1835: Joseph Smith receives Doctrine and Covenants 108, which contains instructions and promises to Lyman Sherman.
1973: President Harold B. Lee Dies in Salt lake City, Utah, at age seventy-four, after serving for more than thirty-two years as a General Authority.
1992: The Mormon Tabernacle Choir embarks on a historic tour of Israel, with concerts to be held in Jersualem, Tel Aviv, and Haifa.
