1975: The Wilmington Delaware Stake, the first stake in Delaware, is organized, with Rulon Edward Johnson Jr. as President.
1999: Commemorating the sesquicentennial of the organization of the Sunday School, President Gordon B. Hinckley presides over the sealing of a time capsule to be opened in 2049.
