Here’s your daily dose of what matters most!
Christ invites us to bring Him our burdens, see our lives through His example, and accept the spiritual rest only He can give. Each time we take the sacrament, we can sincerely repent, renew our commitment to follow Him, and recognize His influence more clearly in our lives.
Scripture
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”—Matthew 11:28
Quote
“Jesus Christ is both the purpose of our focus and the intent of our destination. To help us to remain fixed and heading in the right direction, the Savior invites us to see our lives through Him in order to see more of Him in our lives.”—Tracy Y. Browning, “Seeing More of Jesus Christ in Our Lives”

Living the Principle: Do You Accept Christ’s Invitations?
- Identify one burden you have tried to carry alone. Ask Christ for help with it in a specific, honest prayer.
- Before making a decision today, consider what Christ’s teachings reveal about the best way forward. Choose one action that brings your life closer to His example.
- Prepare for the sacrament by reflecting on where you need to repent or recommit. Write down one change you want to make during the coming week.
