Here’s your daily dose of what matters most! Prayer requires effort – we must ask, seek, and knock. What are your tips for more effective prayers?

Check back tomorrow for more inspiration.

Scripture

Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.—3 Nephi 14:7

Quote

Prayer requires spiritual labor, and it does not always lead to the outcome we hope for. But when we feel discouraged or weighed down with sorrow, the Lord gives us comfort and strength in different ways. He may not answer all of our questions or solve all of our problems right away; rather, He encourages us to keep trying. If we then speedily align our plan with His plan, He will open the way for us. —Milton Camargo
