Here’s your daily dose of what matters most!
There are moments when worries make the future feel unstable and personal strength seems too small for what lies ahead. Remembering that you are not forgotten brings courage to keep moving instead of retreating.
Scripture
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”—Isaiah 41:10
Quote
“Wherever we find ourselves on the path of discipleship, whatever our worries and challenges may be, we are not alone. You are not forgotten.”—Jean A. Stevens, “Fear Not; I Am with Thee”

Living the Principle: Fear Not, I Am With Thee
- Write down one current worry on paper, then directly underneath list one small action you can take about it and do that action before moving on to something else. This trains your mind to pair concern with forward movement instead of paralysis.
- Keep a visible reminder of support, such as a verse card or note in a pocket, bag, or workspace, and touch or read it whenever anxiety rises before making your next decision. Let the pause guide you to act with steadiness rather than urgency.
- Reach out to someone who is struggling and offer specific help like running an errand or sitting with them through a hard moment. Acting as a source of strength for another person reinforces the reality that help is meant to be both received and given.
