Here’s your daily dose of what matters most!

Fear not! What feels overwhelming today can be overcome with faith and steady steps forward. Courage grows when we trust that we’re not facing life’s battles alone.

Scripture

“Fear not, little children, for you are mine, and I have overcome the world, and you are of them that my Father hath given me; and none of them that my Father hath given me shall be lost.”Doctrine and Covenants 50:41

Quote

“If you are feeling lost, abandoned, or forgotten—fear not. The Good Shepherd will find you. He will lift you upon His shoulders, and He will carry you home.”—Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Living the Principle: Fear Not, You Are His

  • When fear begins to rise, take one minute to pause, breathe deeply, and offer a short, sincere prayer for peace.
  • Choose a scripture or uplifting phrase that brings you strength, and say it out loud when anxious thoughts come.
  • Reach out with a small act of kindness, like sending a thoughtful message or helping someone nearby, to shift your focus from fear to love.
