Living the Principle: Happy Halloween!
- Consider choosing costumes inspired by admirable historical figures, uplifting stories, virtues, or scripture heroes, and take a moment before heading out to talk about what each one represents. It keeps the fun playful and imaginative while still reflecting goodness and light.
- Begin the evening with a short scripture, thought, and family prayer (use our Halloween FHE lesson as inspiration) before trick-or-treating. This helps everyone remember that even our celebrations can be grounded in Christ-centered joy.
- Turn your Halloween treats into a small act of service by visiting someone who may feel lonely or could use a little cheer. Celebrating with kindness invites the Spirit to be part of the night.
