Hear the Angels and Rejoice | 9 December 2023

- Advertisment - Save on Great LDS Gifts

Here’s your daily dose of what matters most! Angels were sent to bring the good news of the Savior’s birth, and they can also bring us peace and comfort. God sends earthly angels to remind us that he is aware of our needs. We can also be these angels for others if we listen to the prompting of the spirit.

Check back tomorrow for more inspiration.

Scripture

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.Luke 2:10

Quote

For the shepherds, the angels may have brought the needed comfort that God was aware of them and saw value in them as the chosen first witnesses of the newborn Lamb of God. For Mary and Joseph, the shepherds may have brought much-needed comfort that others knew of the divine miracle that they were a part of.Ulisses Soares
