How To Be Grateful In Any Circumstance | 25 July 2023

- Advertisment - Save on Great LDS Gifts

Here’s your daily dose of what matters most! When we trust in God’s plan we can find things to be grateful for in any circumstance. We can be grateful in our circumstances even when it feels difficult to count the things we are grateful for. Being grateful in our circumstances doesn’t change them, but it can help us find greater perspective as we go through our trials.

Check back tomorrow for more inspiration.

Scripture

And he who receiveth all things with thankfulness shall be made glorious; and the things of this earth shall be added unto him, even an hundred fold, yea, more.Doctrine & Covenants 78:19

Quote

Being grateful in our circumstances is an act of faith in God. It requires that we trust God and hope for things we may not see but which are true. By being grateful, we follow the example of our beloved Savior, who said, “Not my will, but thine, be done.” Dieter F. Uchtdorf
