Here’s your daily dose of what matters most!
We don’t have to wait for a major mistake to recognize where we need to repent and follow the Savior more closely. Each day, we can ask for His help, seek forgiveness, and make a specific change instead of putting it off.
Scripture
“For behold, this life is the time for men to prepare to meet God; yea, behold the day of this life is the day for men to perform their labors.”—Alma 34:32
Quote
“Every day is a new opportunity to remember our Savior and follow His example. Without repenting, we cannot progress.”—Julie B. Beck, “Remembering, Repenting, and Changing”

Living the Principle: How to Repent Daily
- Take a moment tonight to review your choices with God. Identify one thought, habit, or action you need to change.
- Ask Heavenly Father for forgiveness and help with that specific change. Decide what you’ll do differently the next time the situation comes up.
- If you’ve hurt someone, take a step to make it right. Offer a sincere apology or follow through on a responsibility you’ve neglected.
