Living the Principle: Is Your Power to Endure Crumbling?
- Write a personal list of promises Christ has made that matter to your current struggle, then place the paper somewhere you will physically see it when pressure rises and read it before reacting.
- When anxiety spikes, kneel and say out loud one specific burden you are handing to the Lord, then stand and take the next necessary action you have been avoiding as an act of trust rather than confidence.
- Send a message or offer help to someone else who is struggling in a similar way, choosing to act as support for another person instead of waiting until you feel strong yourself.
