1903 Near the Kremlin in Moscow, President Francis M. Lyman of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles dedicates Russia for the preaching of the gospel.
1951 Neil L. Andersen, later a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, is born in Logan, Utah.
1985 President Gordon B. Hinckley dedicates the Chicago Illinois Temple.
