This Day in LDS History
1839 In company with a small group of Saints, Emma Smith leaves Far West, Missouri to join the main body of Saints gathering in Quincy, Illinois.
1846 Brigham Young, President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, finishes administering temple blessings in the Nauvoo Temple as the Saints prepare to move west. Over 5,600 Saints were endowed in the temple before the exodus.
1901 Lorenzo Snow dedicates LDS Business College in Salt Lake City.
