1828: Joseph Smith completes the translation of the Book of Lehi and gives Martin Harris the 116-page manuscript so that Harris can show his family in Palmyra
1985: President Gordon B. Hinckley of the First Presidency rededicates the remodeled Manti Utah Temple.
1999: The First Presidency announces plans to build a temple in Winter Quarters.
