This Day in Church History
1807: Wilford Woodruff, who would become the fourth President of the Church, is born in Avon (Farmington), Connecticut.
1842: Joseph Smith publishes the Wentworth Letter, giving a brief history of the Church and including what are now called the Articles of Faith.
1988: The Liberia Monrovia Mission is organized.
