1833: Joseph Smith receives Doctrine and Covenants 93, which instructs on the concepts of intelligence and eternal progression and commands the brethren to set their families in order.
1922: President Heber J. Grant dedicates the Deseret News radio station, KZN (later called KSL) and speaks on the station’s first broadcast.
