- Look for one person who seems overlooked, quiet, or weighed down, and give them your full attention through a text, call, visit, or sincere conversation.
- Choose one small act of help before the day ends, such as bringing a meal, offering a ride, helping with a task, or easing someone’s burden in a specific way.
- Pause before speaking in a hard moment and choose the kindest honest response, especially with family members or others close to you.
