- Choose one discouraging thought or outside opinion that has been weighing on you, and intentionally measure it against what you know about God’s character and promises rather than against fear or comparison. Let God’s view of your worth become the standard you trust most when deciding how to move forward.
- When discouragement surfaces, pause the urge to interpret it as failure and instead treat it as a signal to stay steady and continue in the direction you already know is right. Actively reaffirm that slow progress, unseen effort, or emotional weariness do not negate your faithfulness.
- Create space for quiet, sincere communication with God that focuses less on fixing your circumstances and more on understanding how He sees you. Ask for clarity about your standing with Him, then make choices that reflect confidence in His presence rather than anxiety about others’ judgments.
