Jenny Oaks Baker, award-winning LDS violinist, and daughter of Elder Dallin H. Oaks of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, posted on social media about a frightening experience she and her family had in Italy.
“Please pray for us!” Baker wrote in a Facebook post Thursday. “Our car was broken into and everything was stolen except the two violins (miracle!!!!!), and our phones. Sarahs cello, 3 computers, 4 pieces of luggage, the keyboard and all our passports and my wallet are gone… it’s been a bad day. I am not a fan of Pisa.”
She also shared the following photo:
Baker and her family were traveling in Europe to create two new music videos and to perform in Vienna. They’ve been posting multiple photos of their trip, including a visit to the Rome Italy Temple.
More information will be added as it becomes available.
