Latter-day Saint Teen with Brain Tumor Gets Epic Surprise from GENTRI

In August 2016, Josh Jones passed away after a courageous fight against his second brain tumor. He was only 17-years-old. Now, over two years later, one last story from Josh’s life is standing as a testament to goodwill and kindness.

When the youth of Josh’s church congregation learned he would be unable to attend his school’s prom, they organized a surprise prom for him to be held as a stake activity. Knowing how much Josh loved GENTRI, a musical trio known for their cinematic harmonies and sweeping vocals, they reached out to see if the Gents would perform.

What happened next was captured by GENTRI and is now finally being released to remind others of the impact we can all have. Watch the inspiring video below.
