Ashley Sargeant is on a mission “to create a network of support for both early-returning missionaries and those struggling to overcome mental health challenges.”

Her first project is this equal parts fun, equal parts empowering lip-sync music video where she and other early-returned missionaries share thoughts written on white cards as the song “Brave” by Sara Bareilles plays. The messages include “Service is service, no matter how long or short” and “Never doubt that the best is yet to come.”

Ashley has a special website where she shares her story and will continue to advocate for early-returned missionaries. View her videos and learn more here.
