Scripture
Listen to the voice of Jesus Christ, your Redeemer, the Great , whose arm of hath for your sins; Who will his people even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, even as many as will hearken to my voice and themselves before me, and call upon me in mighty prayer.

Hymn
Come, All Ye Saints Who Dwell on Earth| Hymn #65
1. Come, all ye Saints who dwell on earth,
Your cheerful voices raise,
Our great Redeemer’s love to sing,
And celebrate his praise,
Our great Redeemer’s love to sing,
And celebrate his praise.
2. His love is great; he died for us.
Shall we ungrateful be,
Since he has marked a road to bliss
And said, “Come, follow me,”
Since he has marked a road to bliss
And said, “Come, follow me”?
3. The straight and narrow way we’ve found!
Then let us travel on,
Till we, in the celestial world,
Shall meet where Christ is gone,
Till we, in the celestial world,
Shall meet where Christ is gone.
4. And there we’ll join the heav’nly choir
And sing his praise above,
While endless ages roll around,
Perfected by his love,
While endless ages roll around,
Perfected by his love.

Lesson
FOR CHILDREN
Begin the lesson by watching the following video. After watching the video, discuss how we are sometimes like the chicks and Jesus Christ is like the mother hen.
Ask: What are some ways we can share the gospel of Jesus Christ with others.
Share a personal experience about how sharing the gospel helped someone or how someone sharing the gospel helped you. Finish with your testimony.
FOR TEENS & ADULTS
Begin the lesson by reading Doctrine and Covenants 29:1-8 together. Ask everyone to look for why we gather, who will gather, and how we can help in the gathering. Discuss.
Read aloud: The gathering of Israel is one of the most important aspects of the Plan of Salvation in the latter-days. President Russell M. Nelson said:
My dear young brothers and sisters, these surely are the latter days, and the Lord is hastening His work to gather Israel. That gathering is the most important thing taking place on earth today. Nothing else compares in magnitude, nothing else compares in importance, nothing else compares in majesty. And if you choose to, if you want to, you can be a big part of it. You can be a big part of something big, something grand, something majestic!
Ask: Why is the gathering of Israel so important? How can we be a part of it?
Share a personal experience about why being gathered has impacted and blessed your life. If time permits, ask others to do the same. Finish with your testimony.
FOR SINGLE STUDY
Read or watch the devotional, “Hope of Israel.” Write down what you learn about the gathering of Israel. Make a list of things you’d like to do to share the gospel.
