The Church has released a new video as a resource for parents to help their children understand pornography and learn how to combat it.
The video discusses what pornography is, how it can be enticing, and why it offends the Holy Ghost. Tips are then provided to help children stay safe in a pornography-filled world. The tips are:
- Call it what it is.
- Turn it off or turn away.
- Talk to your Mom, Dad, or trusted adult.
In the video, children are also reminded that just because they see pornography accidentally or are curious when they do, it doesn’t make them a bad person. Want more information about pornography and resources from the Church? Visit the Church’s official site, OvercomingPornography.org.
