The Come, Follow Me manual for individuals and families is one of the easiest ways to study the Old Testament. It breaks down everything into manageable sections with topic ideas, questions, and more. It was designed to be your foundation for study at church and home. You can also access the manuals used for classes, which can provide more insight.

The Church has updated its classic illustrated children’s book about the Old Testament just in time for the new year. Old Testament Stories features brand new illustrations and text. The online version provides links to the scriptures and narrated video slideshows featuring the new images.

Old Testament Resources for Youth – Available online here

The 2022 youth theme is “Trust in the Lord.” It was inspired by Proverbs 3:5-6. If you’re involved with the youth of the Church, this webpage is full of great resources made especially for them. It includes themed art, posters, and even a full musical album inspired by themes from the Old Testament.

Art can be a great teaching tool. The Gospel Art Book features beautiful art from multiple artists that correspond with some of the major stories of the Old Testament. Use it in family home evening lessons, classes, and as visual references.
