The Restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ has blessed my life in many ways. I have learned that I can now live with my family for time and eternity.
However, one of the most important aspects of the Restoration is knowing that Christ lives and is at the head of the Church. Since I now know this, I want to be like Him and show my gratitude for His everlasting love and mercy.
For the New Year, the Corozal Branch decided to partner with the Corozal Public Library and offer free sandwiches and hot cocoa to anyone who was in need. We were able to share our testimony of the gospel but most importantly present ourselves as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
It was wonderful seeing smiles on other people’s faces. It has touched my life knowing we are sons and daughters of Heavenly Father.
His Restoration brought forth this light in me and I want to emulate His love to everyone.
