Kelsey Edwards is an LDS actress, singer, and vlogger. In a recent video, Edwards shared her past struggles with an eating disorder and how she overcame it.

“In this video, I talk about how your worth and your value cannot be measured by a scale,” Edwards said. “Scales can’t tell you how beautiful, funny, smart, creative, loving, hard-working, capable, strong, silly, reliable, loyal, trustworthy, honest, or kind you are. Scales can’t measure anything but a random number that has nothing to do with your value.”

You can watch the entire video below. Watch more of Edwards’ videos here at her official channel.
