A Bird’s Eye View of Brazil

New photographs show a bird’s eye view of the Fortaleza Brazil Temple site. Progress is being made on cladding the temple and the patron housing facility. No official completion date has been announced, but the temple is anticipated to be completed in mid- to late 2019.

Work Moves Inside in Peru

The beautiful concrete shell of the Arequipa Peru Temple has been completed, so workers have turned their attention to interior projects. Early projects include framing and roughing-in utilities. Crews are also working on backfilling the foundation.

Repairing A Canadian Temple Facade

The facade of the Edmonton Alberta Temple is currently undergoing repairs to correct an issue with how the marble cladding was sealed. The issue allowed moisture to soak through to the adhesive, which caused dark spots to become visible on the marble surface.

 

Finishing Touches in Bountiful

Art glass has returned to the steeple of the Bountiful Utah Temple, and scaffolding is coming down following a lengthy renovation project. The temple remained open while crews worked to remove rust and improve airflow around the temple’s spire.
