Since 1937, when the first official Hill Cumorah Pageant was put on, thousands of Latter-day Saints and non-members have enjoyed the dramatic production of the events of the Book of Mormon. The 2017 production recently wrapped and we’ve got some beautiful pictures.
The pageant features over 700 cast members, 1,300 costumes, and a ten level stage built on the Hill Cumorah in Palmyra, New York. It includes 10 short story scenes, including the vision of the Tree of Life, the arrival of Jesus Christ to the Nephite people, and the coming forth of the Book of Mormon.
