Both Jon Schmidt of Piano Guys fame and the Portland police are asking for help in locating Schmidt’s daughter 21-year-old daughter Annie. She was last seen Sunday; her car was found Thursday near the Columbia River Gorge. Anna is a hiker and authorities believe she was on a trip due to her recently purchased tent and backpack.

However, neither her family nor her friends, including her roommate, have seen or heard from Annie since Sunday. Crews have been dispatched to search the area.

No foul play is suspected, but authorities worry she may have been injured. Anna is approximately 5’4” and weighs 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. If you have any information about her whereabouts, please call 911. Any other information can be emailed to Detective Heidi Helwig at heidi.helwig@portlandoregon.gov.

Schmidt posted on The Piano Guys’ social media:

Friends,
We need your help. Jon’s daughter, Annie, went missing this week. We are searching in the “tooth rock” area of Portland, Oregon. If anyone was hiking around there last Sunday and saw her — or if you know someone who might have seen her there please call the local Portland police. It will narrow our search. She would have been wearing a gray or green beanie. We need everyone’s prayers too. Thank you.
