For members of the Church that may not know, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a member of an interfaith coalition called Faith Counts whose main goal is to help promote the value of faith in societies around the world. The organization is non-denominational and, alongside the Church, includes the following groups: 1st Amendment Partnership, Seventh-day Adventist Church, Franciscan University of Steubenville, Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund, Hillel International, Orthodox Union, and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Faith Counts recently launched a video contest to help people share how the principle of faith has blessed their life. The Grand Prize winner will win $20,000, the fan favorite will win $10,000, and the honorable mention will receive $2,500. How do you enter? Watch the video below.
On the official contest page, Faith Counts tells us, “What does the world look like through your unique lens of faith? Pull out your phone, grab your camera gear, tap record, and show us in two minutes or less how faith changes lives, relationships and communities for the better.”
Video submissions are due May 26, 2017, by 11:59 EST. Click here to learn more and get started!
