Support Religious Freedom is an educational Facebook page run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The goal of the page is to provide news and information about religious freedom. To honor Religious Freedom Day, celebrated in America on January 16, the page shared a new video explaining why religious freedom is so important and should be protected.

The video, which can be watched below, was “a message from people of faith.”

Religious Freedom Day is officially proclaimed each year by the President of the United States. Support Religious Freedom shared President Barack Obama’s statement, which can be read in it’s entirety here.
