Cladding Begins Around Tower of Concepción Chile Temple

The tower façade on the Concepción Chile Temple was set in place this week. The reinforced concrete will allow for highly detailed ornamental design.

Paris France Temple Becomes 156th Operating Temple

President Henry B. Eyring of the First Presidency dedicated the Paris France Temple on Sunday 21 May, making it the 156th operating temple of the Church. A cultural celebration took place on Saturday 20 May. The celebration paid tribute to French saints and their culture.

Elder Rasband Visits Durban South Africa Temple Site

The Church released the following video presentation of Elder Ronald A. Rasband at the Durban South Africa Temple site this week.

Stone Cladding Progress at the Barranquilla Colombia Temple

The exterior stone panels of the Barranquilla Colombia Temple continued to be set in place this week. Classical architectural elements, including columns and archways, adorn the temple’s exterior. Construction of the temple and an adjoining housing facility is expected to continue into next year.
