Temple Square Security Guards Threatened By Man with Knife

According to KSL.com, a man with a knife threatened four security guards at Temple Square on Thursday night and was subsequently arrested.

Daniel Aaron Vanadore, 28, was on Temple Square and “making unreasonable noises” according to the police affidavit. When four security guards attempted to escort Vanadore off the property, he pulled out a knife and charged at the officers. The guards fled and police arrived. Vanadore was arrested without incident and no one was harmed in the encounter.
