Late Tuesday night, CrossFit posted this video to their official Facebook page. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. The caption for the video read:

Three missionaries walk into the gym…
One of them takes me up on my bet.
This was awesome!”

—Mandi Janowitz

Mandi Janowitz is an official athlete in the CrossFit Games. According to the captions, she told the three missionaries she would convert to the Church if one of them could “C&J 315#”. C&J stands for clean and jerk, a weightlifting movement that involves lifting the weight to the chest, then jerking it upwards above the head with straight arms. The missionary was successful.

Caution: Swear words are use in captions for the video.
