Vox is a news website with the goal of explaining the news to the masses; yesterday the site released a new video discussing Mormons and the recent refugee crisis.
The video notes the peculiarity of Utah governor Gary Herbert refusing to denounce Syrian refugees after the majority of GOP governors in other states did. It gives a brief history of the LDS Church’s exile and exodus to the West and how it may be helping members of the Church identify with the refugees of today.
