Latter-day Saint temples continue to be built around the world as the gospel of Jesus Christ rolls forth. Here’s a quick look at temple news and updates from this last week.
Stone Cladding on the Moses Lake Washington Temple
The main body of the Moses Lake Washington Temple has been clad in stone. The entrance and the upper levels remain unfinished and covered in scaffolding. The temple has been under construction for 21 months.


Alabang Philippines Temple Spire
A steel frame for a spire has been set in place on the Alabang Philippines Temple. The spire rises over the main entrance of the building. All structural steel and concrete are in place and exterior finishes are set to be applied.


Inscription Stone Installed on the Columbus Ohio Temple
A marble stone inscribed with the words Holiness to the Lord – The House of the Lord has been installed on the Columbus Ohio Temple. The inscription stone rests above the main entrance doors to the temple.


Basement Walls of the Lindon Utah Temple Rise
The concrete floor and walls for the basement of the Lindon Utah Temple have been poured and set. Outlines can be seen for the two baptismal fonts that will reside in the basement of the temple. Footing forms are being placed in preparation for the construction of upper levels.
