July 24th, Pioneer Day, is considered a special occasion for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This day marks the anniversary of the day Brigham Young and the Pioneers entered the Slat Lake Valley. The pioneers suffered many hardships and had exceedingly great faith in our Heavenly Father.
